Art in the Aspens - Plein Air Workshops

• Shuttle service is available to some ranch locations for a small charge, or we will help you arrange a car-pool share with another willing student that is flying in.

• Budget plan: Make a deposit to hold your spot in a class, and then make easy monthly payments on the balance. When the date for the workshop arrives you are set to go.

We have listened to our students over the years and provide all the things necessary to guarantee the best workshop experience possible.

Registration

Early registration is a must. Early registration helps to ensure the workshop will go. Workshops are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met 30 days prior to the beginning of the class. If any workshop does not meet the minimum enrollment students receive a full refund. Maximum enrollment is 12 students at the Ranches and 14 students in the workshops in Pueblo, Denver, and Carbondale.

Ranch Registration, deposits and refunds

Upon registering for a workshop at any of the Ranches a $500 deposit is required. The deadline for any refund is 60 days prior to the beginning of the class. Art in the Aspens will retain $400 of the $500 deposit with any cancellation request at the ranches. The $500 deposit may be transferred to any other workshop within the same year if Art in the Aspens is notified before the deadline for cancellation.

Workshops in Pueblo, Denver and Carbondale deposits and refunds

Upon registering for a non-inclusive workshop a $250 deposit is required. The deadline for any refunds is 60 days prior to the beginning of the class. Art in the Aspens upon any cancellation request will retain half of the deposit. The $250 deposit may be transferred to any other workshop at any location within the same year. There is a $50 charge for transfers.

Puerto Vallarta Registration

This artist retreat requires a $500 deposit upon registering for the trip. This artist retreat requires a $500 deposit upon registering for the trip. The deadline for any cancellation is 90 days prior to the trip. For any cancellation the full deposit will be retained by Art in the Aspens. Final balance is due 90 days prior with a credit card securing the balance if a check is not received by this deadline. Registrant will be notified and the balance automatically charged to their credit card. In the event of an emergency cancellation by the instructor we reserve the right to replace said teacher with the most qualified substitute.

Art in the Aspens Workshops has no obligations regarding any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and or cancellation of airline tickets purchased by the participants or other travel reservations. Art in the Aspens accepts no liability for any airline cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket. Nor does it accept responsibility for canceled flights.
